I've always been leery about internet transactions. Yet, in terms of service, outstanding. I needed some medical discharge papers along with my DD214. I couldn't get it from the VA, they said to contact the archives, and the archives said to contact the VA. One big hassle..but talk about same day delivery, they had all my personal information by noon, by five, later that day, and my personal information which I've been trying to get for weeks was in my e-mail. I personally vouch for this guys, and it seems they take a personal approach to every contact.
