Very professional service. Within an hour after I signed up, I received a call on my cell from Touchstone staff to confirm that I had signed up. Made me confident that I was dealing with real people and not just a website. The staff person got to the point quickly, spoke clearly, and did not speak from a script (those are rare qualities these days). Also received emailed updates to let me know the status of the order; made me feel like someone was on top of my order and that I was not forgotten. Received the item I ordered as promised, in the time frame promised. All in all A+ service. Thank you!
