I would like to thank Touchstone for your prompt response to our request for military records. I would also like to thank you for the email updates concerning our request and letting us know where you were at every step of the process in obtaining the records. I would certainly use your service in the future should a need arise. Once again, thank you. These documents were needed for a closing on a home we just purchased. Had we not been able to obtain the documents, it would have meant that we would have had to come up with more money for the closing as we would not be able to do a VA loan.
