I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about the validity of this service and was certain I would get some type of response that, in a nutshell, would say "We tried but still couldn't get it done". I was ecstatic when I got an email the day after I submitted the order with a link to the website that contained my downloadable documents. I needed the DD214 within about two weeks and knew the military would be in no rush to get me what I needed quickly. Having my request fulfilled in about 24 hours for an amount barely over $100 was more than worth it!
