I am a Military contractor working overseas. My company had to reconstruct some of our personnel records and had to have a new copy of my DD214. No one at my home in the states could find my copy.
Touchstone was able to get me a digital copy that I forwarded to my home office, and ultimately allowed me to keep my job. I know of no other service that provides this kind of record research and delivery. I got exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Thank you all for your good work.
