Service was great, got the Forms in and a timely matter. It came to light though that the money I spent on these wasn't needed at all. The VA over looked that I was Army National Guard and not Full time service. Me being ANG upon discharge we receive NGB 22 or 23 and retire points added up over service time. Only Full time receive DD-214 Member 4 which the VA kept requesting I present. If I called the Army Human Resource Department before all this I would of been able to save 138. It doesn't hurt to have the forms though so I can't complain much. [There are a number of ways to access your records which you can do with your own work, or you can hire a professional to do the work for you. That's the American way. Thank you for your service.]
