I lost my DD-214 years ago and since I already had my VA picture ID I hadn't needed it. However when I needed a copy of my DD-214 for my LTC here in Texas I needed a copy fast I came across Touchstone and ask them to get a copy. It took 6 business days for them to get a copy to me. I was very worried because I ETS'ed in 72 and the records fire in 73 made me think they could have problems, but 10 days later, including the Memorial Day Weekend, it was here. I am very pleased. Thanks Touchstone.
