I was very fortunate to have contacted the Touchstone organization on line. We needed to get a copy of my father's DD214 urgently, and they were very fast, efficient and professional. I have passed the Touchstones address and email over to our local VA office Manager, Mr. Sam Vaouli, here in American Samoa. This should help other local vets who may need to get a copy of their DD214. At least they will know where to go for help. Thank you very much again for your help. Keep up the great work!
