I was told never ever lose your DD 214. I guarded it and between 2 moves in less than a year some how I lost it. My new job needed it to verify my service and I panicked because I knew they would wait weeks or months for it. That's how much time the VA or any other institution would have taken. Touchstone took less than 24 hours and I was able to email it to my new job. I was very worried about using a company charging money and claiming that they can get it to me so quickly but guess what? They did! I am so thankful and its worth every penny. I trust this company and will be telling everyone about them. Thank you Touchstone for everything, you guys are amazing.
